Bio

Dina Machuve is the Co-Founder and CTO of DevData Analytics, a data science consulting startup. She was a Senior Lecturer and Researcher at the Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology in Arusha, Tanzania. Her research focuses on developing data-driven solutions in agriculture. Currently, she is a member of the Women in Tech and AI programme for empowering African women participation in AI.

She serves on the board of Data Science Africa (DSA) and the governing council of the National Institute of Transport (NIT). She has a PhD in Information and Communication Science and Engineering, a Master of Science and BSc in Electrical Engineering.
