Originating from the heart of KwaZulu-Natal, in the serene locale of eMsinga, Tugela Ferry, Phila emerges as a dynamic and accomplished young professional, pulsating with an unwavering fervor for entrepreneurship and all things digital. His contributions extend to entrepreneurial workshops and township economic revitalization initiatives, fostering collaborations with esteemed entities such as the Gauteng Department of Economic Development (GDED), Small Enterprise Finance Agency (SEFA), Services SETA, and The Gauteng Enterprise Propeller (GEP), among others.

Philasande's influence extends across various entrepreneurial domains, including fashion, technology, startups, and entrepreneurial centers. His commitment to delivering high-quality programs aimed at bolstering entrepreneurial capacity is unwavering. In recognition of his dedication and pursuit of knowledge, Philasande was awarded a Ph.D. scholarship by the British Council (Newtown Fund) in the year 2020. His research focus is aligned with Sustainable Development Goal No. 9, "Industry, innovation, and infrastructure," with a specific emphasis on "The Digital Transformation of Small Enterprises as a Catalyst for Local.
